BIEM.L.FDLKK announced on September 6th that Daniel Kearns has been appointed as the Chief Creative Officer for the Cerruti 1881 and Kent&Curwen brands, responsible for men's and women's ready-to-wear, haute couture, leather goods, accessories, and lifestyle collections for both brands. Kearns will report to BIEM.L.FDLKK Chairman Xie Bingzheng, with his first menswear and womenswear collections set to debut in September 2024.
Previously, Kearns served as the Creative Director of Kent&Curwen from 2016 to 2021. He has also held design director roles at brands such as Alexander McQueen, Saint Laurent, and Zegna, and served as the menswear design director at Gucci from 2022 to 2023.
Chairman Xie Bingzheng stated, "As BIEM.L.FDLKK progresses towards its goal of becoming a global luxury conglomerate, we acquired the global trademark rights for the 142-year-old French luxury brand Cerruti 1881 and the 97-year-old British luxury designer brand Kent&Curwen. Today, we are delighted to welcome Daniel Kearns to BIEM.L.FDLKK and entrust him with the creative work for Cerruti 1881 and Kent&Curwen."
